Noise Brigade

Damn. Somehow the ten-year anniversary of From The Mountains To The Sea slipped right past me. That s**t happens when you’re in your 30s. Anyway. When I listen to this record (EP? Full length? Who cares!) all this time later I can see so vividly in my mind’s eye the four of us really figuring out what the hell this band was gonna be and the excitement that comes with that. This record is very clearly rough around the edges (and in the other non-edges parts too) but it has a lot of charm and there are some really good songs here that I’m still very proud of. Do y’all still fw this record?

It’s hard to believe that it’s been ten whole years since we moved to Portland. We were just four knuckleheads that wanted to play some rock music and we hit the ground running man. It’s hard to express in an IG post how grateful we are for all the friends we’ve made down here in the last decade, but trust me when I say that all of you made us the people we are today and we cherish every single memory with every single friend we’ve made.

It’s been a long ten years away. Thank you for being our friends. We love you all with everything we’ve got. New music in 2025. Noise Boyz forever let’s go
