Another event done right…. Charcuterie set up on point

Another wedding event in the bag… had a blast and it was a huge hit. Spice cake with a Mexican hot chocolate whipped ganache.

Vegan lobster roll, vegan Nashville hot chicken sandwich, vegan crab bites, avocado summer rolls, asparagus and pea tagliatelle with vegan parm and crispy skin salmon with fondant rainbow fingerling potatoes and a beurre blanc sauce with crispy fried leeks.

Minion cake and a smash cake for my friend Jess’s son Sebastian’s first birthday… so much fun
