From funding and event resources to hydration, photography, and on site support, our sponsors played an important role in bringing thousands of community members together in support of our mission.

Why I Walk
Natalie is a local drag performer who has previously supported CAP Northwest through community fundraising and will be volunteering with us this weekend at AIDS Walk Northwest.
For Natalie, the Walk represents raising awareness, challenging stigma, passing the torch to future generations, and continuing to show up for everyone impacted by HIV.
As Natalie shares, “It takes all of us to continue showing up and standing with our community.”

We’re getting ready to welcome you to Tom McCall Waterfront Park. Before you head out, check out our Walk Day guide for everything you need to know, including transportation, parking, the event schedule, route options, onsite activities, what to bring, food, and more.
IMPORTANT TRAVEL ALERT: Southbound I-5 will be closed between I-405 and I-84 through Portland’s Rose Quarter. Please plan ahead and allow extra travel time.

This year’s Karaoke Showdown officially set a new fundraising record, raising more than $11,000 for AIDS Walk Northwest!
A huge thank you to Badlands PDX, Escape Bar & Grill, our fabulous host T’Kara Campbell Starr, our performers, volunteers, donors, and everyone who showed up throughout the Showdown. Every song, tip, raffle ticket, and donation helped us reach this incredible $11,000+ milestone. ❤️
And we’re not done yet! AIDS Walk Northwest is this Saturday, September 19, followed by Miss Coco Peru’s benefit performance on Sunday, September 20!
