I kinda want to start a ranking of the best churros in . But the truth is, I’ve never had a churro I didn’t like. You could feed me raw dough covered in sugar and I’d still give it a 10/10.

My favorite bakery in Portland so far is , without a doubt. This morning I picked up a pumpkin praline cruffin and an apple date croissant.

Obsessed with Lindsey’s beautiful mid century bakery in Cortland ! She’s open on Saturdays, just a 25 minute drive from Lincoln. Everything was absolutely delicious! Congratulations on a busy opening day 🌙
