LONELINESS IS A HEALTH ISSUE TOO.

When we think about healthy aging, we often think about medications, doctor appointments, nutrition, exercise, and staying safe at home.

But there’s another important piece of the puzzle:

Connection.

As we get older, retirement, losing a spouse or friends, changes in mobility, giving up driving, or living farther from family can make it harder to stay connected.
