We’ve had quite a few new faces around here lately, so allow me to introduce the girl who is almost always just outside the frame… Anthea 🐾✨
Anthea is my trained service dog. She supports me with medical alerts and helps me navigate the effects of anxiety and CPTSD, especially in busy, unfamiliar, or overwhelming environments
She isn’t a pet accompanying me while I work, she is working too.
Because of her, I’m able to move through the world with more confidence, independence, and peace. She has been beside me through photo shoots, runways, events, travel, motherhood, and so many of the moments you see shared here
She is brilliant, loyal, occasionally dramatic, and fully convinced that every camera was actually booked for her 😌
I’m incredibly grateful that this life allows me to create, dream, and take up space with my best girl right beside me 💜

One of the best things I’ve learned over the last few years is this:
The people who are genuinely happy for you are some of the greatest gifts you’ll ever receive
Life feels so much lighter when you’re surrounded by people who celebrate your wins, encourage your dreams, and believe there’s enough room for all of us
That’s the kind of community I’m choosing to build

I spent years searching for where I belonged. Then I realized… maybe I wasn’t meant to find it. Maybe I was meant to help build it. Stitched & Spilled started as an idea for a podcast. Today, it’s becoming so much more
A place to tell meaningful stories
A place to celebrate local creatives
A place where collaboration matters more than competition
A place where opportunities are shared, not gatekept
And a place where every creative has a seat at the table
