Alison lives in Tigard, Oregon USA and celebrated her 30th wedding anniversary this year. She and is a member of Just Write, a writer's group run by author, Ann O'Neal Garcia in Hillsboro. Alison received her BA from the Pacific NW College of Art, and an AS in Visual Communication from Chemeketa CC. Alison is an experienced graphic designer and book producer who runs DesignWise Art and Twist And Turn Press in Portland, Oregon USA. As the youngest of seven, Alison was raised by a noisy, adventurous, hard-working family of storytellers in Niagara, Oregon. This foundation brings a richness to her characters, their stories, and has influenced her visual approach to writing.
