Our in-house 3D printing lab is where we compress development timelines. By utilizing large format 3D printing, we produce custom enclosures and industrial-grade components that do not exist elsewhere. Integrating advanced manufacturing with electrical engineering allows us to deliver precision results as we scale our production capability to meet the needs of commercial fleets and off-grid infrastructure.

Reliability is built at the bench. The daily rhythm of our shop is driven by solving the spatial and logic puzzles required for high-stakes mobile infrastructure. We are currently dialing in the internal layouts for a Genesis Board integration, validating every design decision before a system leaves our facility. This vertically integrated process ensures every connection meets our strict standards.

Innovation at the component level determines the durability of the final installation. Our shim plates are engineered to eradicate free-floating support vulnerabilities common in standard mounts. Sometimes the solution you need just doesn't exist yet, so we build it. We’re in the print lab today pushing out some custom enclosures for a new mobile project. Being able to go from a CAD model to a full-scale part on the Massivit in-house lets us solve spatial puzzles that would normally hold up a build for weeks. It’s all about keeping the shop rhythm moving.
