What a beautiful day to be part of!

This wedding was something special. Set on a family member’s 88-acre hazelnut farm, the setting could not have been more beautiful — from the ceremony tucked beneath the trees to dinner overlooking the orchard and dancing under the string lights as the sun went down.

But what really made this day stand out were the people. The couple was an absolute delight to coordinate for, and both sides of their family were so incredibly kind, genuine, and welcoming. Those are the weddings that remind me just how much I love doing what I do.

It was such a privilege to help bring all the pieces together and then watch everyone simply enjoy the celebration.
Congratulations to Katie & Alex, and thank you for trusting The I Do Crew to be a part of such a beautiful day! 🥂💍

Some wedding days are simply a joy to be part of, and this beautiful celebration at Perryhill Events in Dallas, Oregon was exactly that. 🤍

Perched on a peaceful working fruit farm, Perryhill offers stunning views, beautiful orchards, and incredible sunsets that create the perfect backdrop for a wedding day. Every corner of the property feels welcoming and full of charm.

Just as memorable as the venue was the wonderful couple and their families. They were genuinely kind, easy to work with, and created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the day. It was a pleasure to help bring everything together and watch everyone simply enjoy being together.

Thank you for trusting The I Do Crew to be part of such a special day. It was an honor to celebrate alongside you, and I wish you both a lifetime of happiness.

Do I Really Need a Day-of Coordinator?

You've spent months dreaming, planning, and pouring your heart into your wedding day.
The flowers are chosen. The music is picked. The details are coming together. But when the day finally arrives, you deserve to do one thing:

✨ Be present ✨

Present for the nervous excitement before you walk down the aisle.

Present for the look on your partner's face when they see you.

Present for the laughter, the happy tears, the hugs, and the memories you'll carry with you for the rest of your life.

A Day-of Coordinator isn't there to take over your wedding. They're there to protect those moments.

While you're soaking in every second, your coordinator is quietly making sure vendors know where to be, the timeline stays on track, questions are answered, and any unexpected hiccups are handled before they ever reach you.

Many couples think a parent, sibling, or friend can fill this role. The truth is, those people deserve to experience your wedding, too.

Your mom shouldn't be worrying about whether the florist has arrived.

Your maid of honor shouldn't be tracking down vendors.

Your best friend shouldn't be watching the clock instead of dancing and celebrating beside you.

The people who love you most should be making memories with you, not managing them.

A wedding planner helps build the vision for your day.

A Day-of Coordinator helps protect it, so you can fully live it.

Because after all the planning is done, your wedding day shouldn't feel like an event you're running. It should feel like a love story you're living.

Did you know you can send a wedding invitation to your favorite celebrities and brands just for fun? 💌
Many couples choose to mail an extra invite to places like Disney, The White House, Southwest Airlines, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Ben & Jerry’s, and even celebrities (through their fan mail or management offices). Sometimes they receive a signed photo, a congratulatory note, coupons, or a small keepsake in return — and sometimes it’s just the fun of trying!
There’s never a guarantee, but it can be such a sweet and memorable addition to your wedding planning experience.
I’ve put together a list of popular places and public mailing addresses for couples who want to try it. If you’d like a copy, drop a 💍 in the comments or send me a message!
Planning should be joyful — and this is just one more way to make it fun.
