I'm striving to regain my health and would appreciate your encouragement it's been a long time coming but my healing process is slow as I don't give myself adequate time to recuperate.

Spreading the love one silent suffering soul at a time. I'm off to go find somebody suffering in silence. Introduce myself and see if they need positive reinforcement, a hug, hand shake, high five, or someone to talk to. You name it, it doesn't take much to make somebody's day go from bad to good, from south to North, from negative to positive, or death to Life. Just a simple," Hello, how you doing, did you know you're not alone?" That's all it takes to save a Life and change the world with approaching one silent and suffering soul at a time. Let's do this.
