Second floor framing is up on our North Providence fire restoration rebuild.
This house is coming back from the basement up after the fire. Walls are standing, openings are cut, and the second floor is ready for windows this week. You can see the layout taking shape and the structure locked in before the next trades hit the job.

Photos from the first day of demo on a fire-damaged house in North Providence.
This one caught fire and we’re rebuilding it from the basement up. On day one the crew opened the roof, stripped the damaged structure, and started clearing the way for new framing.
Board-up went up, dumpsters rolled in, and the real work began.
Solid local crew, real progress. Message us if you’re dealing with fire damage or need a full rebuild — free estimate anytime.

We’re really excited to be partnering with Outdoor Elements Landscape, Hardscape, Design, LLC on projects like this. The client was awesome and the whole team worked great together. Looking forward to many more builds together.

Great job done by the RAM crew, especially in this heat!

Chris Arnold, Jason Hilton, Normand Riel Jr.

Not every company has a guy like Jason.

Jason was actually RAM Builder Services, LLC’s first official customer when I went full time. From day one, he told me, “When I’m ready, I’m coming to work with you.” Well, he meant it, and we’re lucky he did.

Jason is one of those guys who shows up, works hard, takes pride in what he does, and fits right into the brotherhood we’re building here at RAM. He’s a great carpenter, a great friend, and the kind of guy you want beside you when there’s real work to get done.

We don’t take many pictures on the job, mostly because we’re usually covered in dust, sweat, and bad decisions. But Scott, being the clown he is, drove by the job site today, saw Jason working shirtless, and jumped out of the car like he was catching Bigfoot in the wild.

So here he is, RAM Builder Services’ very own Mr. July.

Calendars coming soon. Maybe.

All jokes aside, Jason deserves the shoutout. We appreciate you, brother. Proud to have you with us.

🔨 Basement Inspiration

Not every basement has to feel like a basement.

We came across this incredible project by Matrix Basement Finishing out of Naperville, Illinois and had to share it. The open ceiling design, clean lighting layout, built-in bar area, and theater space make this feel more like a high-end lounge than a lower level.

Great work by their team.

Finished basements have become one of the best ways to add functional living space and real value to a home. Whether it's a media room, bar, gym, or family space, the possibilities are endless.

❄️ ROOF SHOVELING SERVICES NOW AVAILABLE ❄️

The recent blizzard dropped nearly 3 feet of snow across our area. That kind of buildup on your roof can quickly lead to ice dams, leaks, and costly interior damage.

RAM Builder Services is now scheduling roof snow removal to help protect your home before problems start. Our team focuses on safely reducing snow load and preventing ice dam formation so you can avoid emergency repairs later.

If you’re noticing heavy snow buildup along roof edges or inside signs like ceiling stains or dripping, don’t wait — those are early warning signs.

We’re also booking any necessary roof repairs for the spring season.
