When I'm checking out homesites for future homeowners, I like to think I've got a pretty good eye... but I still call in the experts. 😅
Thankfully, Christopher Alan Homes partners with professionals like Wilt Environmental to make sure every homesite is properly evaluated before building begins. From environmental surveys to protected wildlife relocation and so much more, they're the ones making sure the lot gets the green light.
Teamwork makes the dream work... even if they have a habit of popping up out of nowhere. 😂🌿🏡
