Delivering neighborhood connections. Your neighbors. Your stories. Your magazine. Celebrating life in Caughlin Ranch. Message us today to get involved!

Starting with your July 2022 issue, the magazine you and your neighbors know and love, Juniper Trails Life became Stroll Juniper Trails. Across the nation, homeowners like you will be connected in the experience of living in a Stroll-worthy neighborhood. Stroll Juniper Trails is exclusive to the Juniper Hills, Juniper Ridge and Caughlin Ranch communities "Delivering Neighborhood Connections" through sharing resident stories, photos, and happenings you’ve come to expect and enjoy. Through hyper-local, resident-submitted content, we create an avenue for these individuals to get to know local organizations, businesses, and their neighbors on a more personal level. Along with our print medium, we also provide digital avenues on which our residents can connect. The final component which makes us unique is the many events that we organize. Local restaurants, spas, salons, and more share their products and services in order to garner a face-to-face relationship with the residents of Juniper Hills, Juniper Ridge and Caughlin Ranch. There is no better way for a business to secure long-term success than to make the right connections.

For Tom Porta, community truly is everything. ❤️

Tom’s father was a World War II B17 pilot who survived being shot down on his 17th combat mission and spent nearly nine months as a prisoner of war. Later in life, he volunteered more than 5,000 hours at the Reno VA Hospital. ✨

After his father passed away in 2013, Tom found a meaningful way to carry that spirit of service forward through an annual golf tournament benefiting the Veterans Guest House. ⛳

Some classics are worth the wait. 🚙

Clay Carlson searched for more than a year before finding his rare 1941 Mercury Eight Club Convertible. ✨

He then spent years restoring it, from rebuilding the drivetrain to adding a new top and period-inspired wide whitewall tires. 🤩

The finished Mercury has earned honors at Hot August Nights events and continues to hit the road with Clay and his son, Brad, through Vintage Fords of Northern Nevada. 🏆

Looking for a book that mixes heart, dark comedy, family, and plenty of unexpected detours? 📚

The RGM Book Club’s September pick is The Road to Tender Hearts by Annie Hartnett. ❤️

The story follows PJ Halliday, a deeply flawed man attempting to turn his life around after becoming guardian to his orphaned niece and nephew. 🚗

Add a summer road trip, an old sweetheart, family complications, and a therapy cat named Pancakes with an unusual talent, and things get interesting quickly. 🐱

The book club unanimously loved this unconventional story. 🤩
