Thanks to Steven for leading this morning’s group run… According to one anonymous source: “It was a little bit like the wild West without him having a phone 🙂 from dodging golf balls to breaking trail. We had a great time.” One thing we are definitely not, it’s boring! 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

Come and join us for our group runs on Sunday mornings and for Hill Repeats… Repeats… Every Tuesday at Durand Eastman Park.

This Sunday’s group run is in Mendon Ponds Park, meeting at Wild Wings parking lot. Bring your friends and a sense of adventure. We will run around at a comfortable group pace for about an hour or so. Andrea will be leading. Expect to begin promptly at 8! ⏰👍
