We know it's been a little quiet on our page lately, and we wanted to apologize for the lack of posts. We've been busy serving our customers and focusing on delivering quality work, but we'd love to do a better job of keeping everyone updated.

The photos in this post are from a remodel we've been working on that we completed today! We took this house all the way down to the studs in the master bath and mechanical room, re-insulated all the walls to help with heating and noise, repaired some old wiring, and installed all new drywall, doors, and trim. We'd also like to give a big thank you to J.R. Heating & Cooling for partnering with us and installing a new tankless water heater as part of the project. We appreciate working alongside great local businesses to deliver quality results for our clients.

Today we're celebrating the freedom to build, work hard, and create a place to call home.

Our friend Maggie French Lowe over at Friend Real Estate called us for one of her clients needing some repairs to a home they’re selling. We made quick work of properly grounding this clients panel box, replacing a few breakers with GFCI rated breakers to add to the safety of their rooms with water, and fixed the wiring to their water heater to get them ready to close on their home!

While many were enjoying the long weekend, we stayed busy a tearing out old carpet, replacing rotten flooring, and bringing this home back to life with beautiful new LVP. 🔨 🏡
