Meet Jaime Zapata! 👋 Jaime is a Spanish medical interpreter who especially enjoys working in medical and dental settings. He has been interpreting since around 2009—and has spent his entire interpreting career with Professional Interpreters, Inc.

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Jaime became an interpreter to honor his cultural heritage, keep using Spanish, and strengthen his language skills. His favorite part of the work is helping people make a difference in their lives. As Jaime puts it, making some money while doing it is a bonus! 😄

Outside of interpreting, you might find him cooking, creating 3D-printed resin models, or playing Dungeons & Dragons.
