Color corrections are never one-size-fits-all… and this one was such a good reminder of why patience, planning, and protecting the hair matters. 🤍💛

Our first session was all about removing old color, doing a global lightening session, and toning everything at the level her hair safely lifted to. For her second appointment, I went in with a full highlight and colored between the foils to soften and tone the existing warmth that was still living in the hair.

I honestly was not expecting her to get this light and blended in only two sessions, but her hair handled it beautifully — and most importantly, it still feels healthy. 🙌

Throughout the process I used K18 and Olaplex to help protect the integrity of her hair every step of the way.

Color corrections take time, trust, and realistic expectations, but when the hair allows it… the results can be so worth it. ✨
