🧪🔥 THE RIGHT FORMULA STARTS TONIGHT.
There’s no one-size-fits-all swing.
Every baseball and softball hitter is different — and Swing Lab Wednesdays is about helping athletes find the right combination of mechanics, reps, confidence, and competition to build a swing they can trust.
Tonight, Coach AY, Coach Phil & Coach Brett are back in the Lab and ready to work.
🧪 THE SWING LAB FORMULA
⚙️ Better mechanics
🔁 Quality, intentional reps
💪 More confidence
🔥 Compete with purpose
📈 Turn the work into results
The goal isn’t just to take more swings. It’s to understand why something works, make adjustments, and build a more confident and consistent hitter.
