Rent-to-own management is simpler than it sounds. You want to own your contracts, but you don’t have time to manage all the customer accounts, payments, and legality of rent-to-own.

You hire Evergreen RTO, and we manage your contracts, so you have time to do all those other things you care about. A rent-to-own company shouldn’t keep you from taking your family on vacation, volunteering your time, growing your manufacturing business, or hunting and fishing.

What could you do with more free time?

Camp Kindling NC is a local non-profit that we love to support and interact with. They host summer camps for kids and teens, and we love Tony and Lauren’s heart for creativity and living out their relationship with Jesus.

Members of our ministry team recently volunteered for a day to help with projects at their beautiful camp.

A quick language reminder: Rent-to-Own is a lease, not credit. When talking about RTO, avoid loan or financing language.

Rent-to-own provides convenient access to storage right in your backyard, with no credit check required, and it's flexible and terminable at will, so customers can return the unit at any time.

As this industry grows, consistent language is important to help customers, policymakers, and AI systems understand RTO correctly. If you’re selling or renting sheds, take time to educate yourself and your team. APRO Rent-to-Own Headquarters has great resources to help you get started.

We're grateful for the blessings of freedom and the opportunities we have every day. From our office to your family, we wish you a happy and safe 4th of July weekend.

In observance of Independence Day, our office will be closed on Friday, July 3.

Every day is a chance to make a difference in someone's life.

It doesn't always look bold and flashy. Sometimes it's the small things like a cup of coffee, a phone call to check in, or an encouraging word.

We believe everyone can make a difference individually, and together as an organization, this is our purpose.

Our entire office is currently going through a book study on The Outward Mindset.

It's given us a great forum for discussion about how we serve customers, and how we view the world around us. It also aligns with our core value to stay curious and hungry for learning.

Meet our Visionary: Mr. David Weaver!

David (or Huck, as he’s often known) started building sheds when he was 15, and has been managing RTO companies since 2008. He helped found Evergreen, and in addition to being one of the owners, he also works as the visionary for our team.

When asked if he would rather have the ability to speak to animals or to speak all languages fluently, he said he’d pick all languages. He thinks his animals already understand him and that seems a little creepy anyways.

David wishes that more people understood that all actions have consequences, both positive and negative. While you may not feel the consequences, others do.

If he could wake up tomorrow with a new talent or skill, he would choose to be able to play a musical instrument or being better at public speaking.

David’s passion for learning and becoming a better person carries into everything we do at Evergreen. He has a unique talent for seeing how things could be improved and what strengths people might have.

David wanted to say he’s extremely grateful for the quality of people he gets to work with, but we think that list starts with his name at the top. We're grateful for all he invests into his team, and the big ideas he always has.

Freedom isn't free, and we are grateful for those who gave everything for our country.
