Some of the best conversations we have with clients happen before we ever break ground. These are the 5 things we wish every client knew going in.

Water testing windows before the siding goes on is non-negotiable. It’s the best way to catch a leak while it’s still easy to fix. One dry result isn’t enough for us, so we run the test a few more times.

Window & door delivery. Each unit is carried to the room it’s going in, so the install crew isn’t hauling heavy glass through framing on install day. Less handling, and more time for the install itself.

Inlet Beach remodel: a refined, warm, coastal second home. We gave this vacation home a refresh with interior paint, remodeled bathrooms, new hardware, mirrors, and lighting throughout. Plus custom bunk beds in the carriage house. Interior design by our friends at L. Hamilton & Co.

This is what we call a spider box.

A spider box lets us run multiple tools off one power source. Instead of a tangle of extension cords stretching across the site, everything routes through here first. A 50 amp cord runs from the box to the temporary power pole, and with plugs on each side, it’s easy to plug in wherever we’re working.

Small piece of equipment, but it’s makes a big difference in how smooth a job site runs.
