Your trusted guides in Seattle area real estate
We are a bunch of real estate fanatics that happen to be really good in the Seattle Eastside area real estate business. Sure we could exploit systems, alter perceptions, and make more money for the sake of having more, but that’s boring – everyone does that. We’ve come to realize that work should be about increasing our standard of giving, not our standard of living. What keeps us going is our daily fear of dropping dead while doing something useless. We continually aim to be better agents, better neighbors, better partners, better parents, and better people with the singular goal of making folks like you better off than you were before you met us.

Read that again. 📣

Behind every polished Instagram feed, every perfectly decorated house, and every "effortless" success story, there are trade-offs, sacrifices, and struggles you don't always see. The highlight reel is real, it's just never the whole story.

You're not falling behind. You're not less capable. You're human.

So give yourself permission to breathe, to rest, and to celebrate the small wins along the way. Nobody's doing it all, no matter how it looks from the outside, and you don't need to either.

✨ Focus on doing what you can, with what you have, in the season you're in. That's more than enough.

Send this to someone who needs to hear it today.

Friendly reminder: your spring garden starts now, not in April. 🌷🌱

After the summer heat, your garden may be looking a little tired and lackluster. But fall isn’t just about changing leaves and cooler temps, it’s also the perfect time to start planning (and planting!) for a colorful spring garden.

Planting certain flowers and bulbs in fall gives them time to establish roots so they’re ready to bloom come spring.

↓ Here are some bulbs and flowers you can plant now to enjoy a stunning spring garden:

• Echinacea (Coneflowers)
• Tulips
• Daffodils
• Lilies
• Peonies
• Lavender
• Hyacinth
• Primrose
• Sweet Peas
• Poppies
🌾 Grass seed for a lush lawn comeback

Get it in the ground now, thank yourself in May. Happy planting!

25 years later, we still remember. 🇺🇸❤️

To the lives lost and the first responders who gave everything, thank you. We will never forget.

You don’t need to be ready to buy tomorrow to start the conversation. 📣 In fact, about 6 months out is usually the sweet spot.

It gives us plenty of time to talk through finances, figure out which neighborhoods make sense, get you familiar with the market, and put a game plan together so you feel ready when the right house comes along.

full timeline is in the video!

Thinking about buying in the next 6–12 months? I'm one message away. 📩 There’s no such thing as starting too early!

Nothing beats a cozy coffee shop in the fall. ☕🍂

Consider the research done. Here are the best ones around Woodinville & Bothell, bonus points for a seasonal menu.

Did your favorite make the list? And more importantly… where should I try next?

If selling this winter or early spring is even a slight possibility, this is your sign to call me. 📲

Let’s get your exterior photos taken NOW while the grass is green, the trees are full, and your landscaping is looking its best. 🌱

Your home’s first showing happens online, which is why high-quality, eye-catching photos are so important, especially in today’s market. You don’t have to be ready to list yet, but a little planning now can make a big difference in how your home is presented online later.

Thinking about a move next year? Send me a DM and let’s get you ahead of the game.

If any of these questions have crossed your mind lately, you’re definitely not alone. 👀

The market looks a LOT different than it did a few years ago, which means the strategy has to look different too. There’s rarely a one-size-fits-all answer in real estate, but there’s almost always a way to make a plan around your finances, your timeline, and your goals.

If you've got a question of your own, I promise there's no such thing as a dumb one. DM me anytime 📩

A little reminder for anyone who needs it today: you are paying way more attention to yourself than anyone else is.

That thing you said, the way you looked, the story you posted, the decision you keep replaying in your head...

We give so much weight to things that exist mostly in our own heads. The truth is, most people are wrapped up in their own lives, not keeping score of yours.

So stop waiting to feel 100% ready. → Send it. Say it. Post it.
Give yourself permission to stop overthinking and just move forward.

Your future self (in January, when it's 32 degrees outside) is begging you to save this post for later. 🚨

Home maintenance tasks aren’t exactly glamorous, but this fall checklist could be the difference between a cozy winter and an emergency call to a plumber on a holiday weekend...

Swipe for the tasks worth doing before the first frost! →

There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes in real estate, but these are the parts that never get old. 🤍

Getting to be part of the big moments, the new chapters, and everything in between? Kinda chic. ✨
