Founded with a mission of further adding innovation to the future of construction, Method uses thoughtful, sustainable design as a core value. Prefabrication allows Method Homes to reduce construction timelines and control costs while building custom projects in a controlled environment, minimizing exposure and waste. As a result, Method Homes can focus on sustainability and cutting edge design. Method’s homes ship 80 to 95 percent complete, resulting in project timelines of two to five months.

Greenville Fire Rebuilds: Method was honored to help construct three mass-timber, fire-resistant prototype houses following the 2021 Dixie Fire.
Designed to prioritize sustainability, fire safety, and efficiency, the homes were built according to California Wildland Urban Interface Codes and made from locally sourced mass timber. Though timber may not sound like an obvious material choice for fire safety, its density makes it highly resistant to flame spread. Method prefabricated three modular wet cores for the homes, which were transported on-site and completed using Cross Laminated Timber Panels that were assembled around the central cores.
