Мы проделали свою работу, и владельцы объекта ее приняли. Денис получил оплату за этот проект. Когда я приехал к нему домой, чтобы забрать свои заработанные деньги, он отдал лишь часть суммы, а остальные просто отказался платить.
Я спросил: Как это так? Мы ведь договаривались. Так быть не может».
В ответ услышал: Ты ничего не добьешься. Обращайся куда хочешь». После этого он захлопнул передо мной дверь.
Я не желаю конфликтов. Я хочу одного – получить честно заработанные деньги за работу, которую мы проделали. Об этой ситуации знает Алекс Карпенко. Он вам может подтвердить и, кстати, он связал меня с этим Денисом он его родственник. После этой ситуации когда я сказал Алекс разберись надо забрать деньги , он сказал я не хочу с родственниками ссориться, я никогда больше с ним не работал.
Я делюсь этой историей, потому что считаю важным говорить о таких ситуациях открыто. Каждый работник заслуживает уважения, честности и справедливой оплаты своего труда.

Denys, I am writing this post not to start a conflict, but so that you finally pay attention to a situation that remains unresolved.
Some time ago, we carried out tiling work in a church basement in Seattle. It was a major project into which we poured a great deal of time, effort, and professional skill. We showed up, did the work, completed the project, and left behind a job well done. Everything looked beautiful, and everyone was pleased with the result.
Unfortunately, however, you did not settle the full payment with us after the work was finished. A portion of the money we earned remains unpaid to this day.
What is most disheartening is not just the outstanding debt itself, but the attitude shown toward people who honestly did their job.
I want to specifically mention the moment I approached you about the money you owed us. You told me, «You won’t get anywhere. Go wherever you want,» laughed, and brazenly shut the door in my face.
Denys, you may have forgotten this incident, but I haven’t. Behind every job completed lie hours of labor, exhaustion, and a sense of responsibility toward one’s family. We fulfilled our part of the agreement—we showed up, worked hard, and saw the project through to the end.
I do not want arguments or unnecessary conflict. I want only one thing: fairness and respect for other people’s work.
I hope that people who know you see this post and that it helps remind you of your responsibilities. Someone else’s labor deserves fair payment.
I still hope this situation can be resolved in a civilized manner. However, I no longer wish to remain silent about what happened.

MY EXPERIENCE — UNPAID $8,600 FOR COMPLETED TILE WORK

I want to share my personal experience with this contractor so that other tile installers and construction professionals can make informed decisions before working with him.

Before starting the project, we discussed and agreed on a very low price for the work and materials. I accepted the agreement and started the job.

The contractor provided $8,600 for materials at the beginning of the project. I then completed the tile installation together with my crew. We worked hard, invested our time and effort, and finished the agreed work.

However, after completing the project, the contractor refused to pay me the additional $8,600 owed for labor.

Instead of resolving the payment issue professionally, he began blaming me and raising what I believe are unfounded accusations. From my perspective, these claims appear to be an attempt to avoid paying for the work that we completed.

I have photographs and videos documenting the work, and I am prepared to present this documentation to support my account of what happened.

I believe contractors and their crews deserve fair and timely payment for their completed work. Nobody should have to spend their time and money working on a project and then struggle to receive the payment they were promised.

I am requesting that the outstanding balance of $8,600 be paid in full. I am also reviewing my legal options under Washington State law to recover the money owed to me.

This review is based on my personal experience and the documentation I have retained. I encourage anyone considering working with this contractor to carefully discuss payment terms in writing and maintain records of all work performed and payments received.

I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and professionally.
