Britt is an artist specializing in Geek and Gamer art. Her primary medium is watercolor and ink The world of geekdom is my inspiration.
This is the Official page for PixelPerks, an Etsy shop selling the work of Britt Hoyer. Videogames (primarily Nintendo and Final Fantasy), Sci Fi (especially Star Wars!), Doctor Who, Anime, Comic Books....the list is endless. I love pixels and color and confusing crossovers.

So I've definitely given up on finishing in October... I think I was feeling a little less inspired and just had other projects going on this year. (Not that I've ever completed and inktober before haha)
That being said, I'm enjoying my little monster project, so I think I'll just keep adding to it. I'm dreaming of a canvas packed full of beloved critters.
So here's an addition, Mike Wazowski from trying his best. Just like we all are. :)

I'm not giving up! For Friday the 13th, here's days 3, 4, and 5. Somehow my "draw monsters" challenge has just turned into "draw aliens" haha. I think so many of my favorite creature flicks are alien based...

Happy Anniversary to my gorgeous bearded boy! 4 years since we got drive-thru taco bell on our way to tie the knot.
This was the most stressful meal I've ever eaten, but I miraculously did not ruin my dress đŸ˜…

Happy ! Decided to do my own thing since I'm always so bad at keeping up with prompts.
I've got a big page and I'm gonna fill it with monsters! Maybe from movies? Maybe from whatever? We'll see where it goes.
Maybe I'll even paint some stuff if the mood strikes.
Here's days 1 & 2. Stripe from and the face hugger from Aliens.

I made a friend.
His name is Omeraq the All-seeing.
I call him Demi.
He does not like this.
But he has no tongue to protest.
Nor hands to fight me.
Nor feet to leave.
So he sits, and waits.
And watches.
Happy spooky season y'all.
