Three Sacks Full

Yesterday was a BIG DAY for us with the delivery of à brand new (very expensive) freezer. 🧊 🧊 🧊

Yikes, kitchen pass-through is too low for freezers to roll in or out. The old tired freezer has to come out with caster wheels removed, but they’re rusted in place 😡
The only solution is to cut them off with a heavy duty electric metal saw ⚙️
Then our bar proves to be in the wrong place and blocks the way. More creative maneuvering results in success!
Michael is happy and we celebrate that night with bubbles🥂🍾

It’s turned into a beautiful day, perhaps one of the last of the season.

We’re back open for service tonight!

The rain storm early this morning got us good. It backed up from the city sewer into our grease trap and now we have a fun mess to clean up. We’re closed for dinner service tonight, sorry for the inconvenience. Hope to see you soon! The city is sending out a crew to asses the situation so we’ll see what they say ⛈️ ⛈️ ⛈️

Congratulations to the new parents of a baby air conditioner! 👶🏻🍼 She runs on milk and we installed her at the front door of Three Sacks Full late last night in anticipation of the heat and smoke ♨️ this week.

So come and join us for drinks 🍷 and bites 🍡in the pleasant air 💨 while the baby burbles in the background.

Tonight, we are hosting a special dinner with Umami Mart and their fabulous new book, Everyday Sake. The dinner is sold out we look forward to a fun night with everyone!

We’re looking to add a special person to our FOH team.
You should be caring, thoughtful and à natural giver of hospitality. Knowledge of cooking techniques and the ability to understand and talk about a daily changing menu is important.

Experience with w**e is essential: some knowledge of styles, regions and the vocabulary to describe what’s in the glass.

We’re mainly looking for help on Wednesdays & Sundays. But some short shift Fri/Sat nights are also in the cards.
