Last weekend was dynamic! I captured a milestone celebration and motivational experience all in one, at the Genesis Center in Lake Placid, Florida... simply magnificent and heartwarming. Ones psychological health is essential. Have the tough conversations and never be afraid to ask for help. All that was said, needed to be said!

4th of July display at Sebring, Florida's (Sebring Historical Society) Celebration of America's 250th. The exhibit focused on the Negro experience and contributions to the nation from 1770 to present, underpinning the influences of courage and education. It included oral history, tangible references; and bios and photos of Mr. Sebring, Col. F.N.K. Bailey, Mr. E.O. Douglas, and other local influencers as well. Not shown, is the Stage Presentation (Photo Montage) of various Sebring highlights. I enjoyed each and every conversation with visitors and as always, broadened my learning as well. Thank you to all.

Thank you to the Heartland Cultural Alliance, Inc. and the Florida Cultural Alliance for allowing me to serve as one of their four county and Central Florida, “2026 World Music Day” collaborative videographers. Also, a warm thank you to the Historic Heard Opera House and entire the Downtown Arcadia community. It was my first visit and an enjoyable experience learning about Arcadia and seeing the “Ukulele” in action.
