I forget to post but just know this is everyday but weekends. Now I just gotta get more consistent with my core workouts, so I can bring that six pack back 😂😂😂 .
Sn: if I can stop eating chicken wings on the weekend then I could fully have a clean diet. But it’s something about hot honey or garlic Parmesan chicken wings and blue cheese that have me in a choke hold 😂😂

Some action photos from Rutland Hurricanes Vs Cirrus Academy Middle school game and Rutland came home with the Win.
When they mention Coach Knight make sure they mention my resume of 10+ years in the inner city community making sure to give our youth the same options as everyone else. My passion and commitment can never be doubted. Made it even more special to share this moment with my Mike and Deuce Knight SK2 . I’m on the same mission just different location.
Big shout out to coach Mark Whitten for being a pioneer in the game for working with the inner city youth after playing in big leagues

My boy Deuce Knight SK2 had 2 TDs through the air and 1 rushing TD in a Win to finish out his LAST middle school football game! 🏈🔥
What a way to close out his first and last year of middle school football, Deuce! I’m so proud of you.
Now it’s on to the next chapter… HIGH SCHOOL! Remember the turtle starts slow but the rabbit comes in last.
My glass always half full!!! To come from where I come to be where I am at today is nothing but GODS WORK!
