Honey Belle Events

How it started… 🐝

A year ago, HoneyPop was an idea, a little camper, and two people who had absolutely no idea how much we were about to learn.

There was so much that happened before we ever opened that window for the first time.

We worked on the camper. We figured out equipment and supplies and setups. We made menus, changed them, and changed them again. We tried to figure out what HoneyPop should look like, feel like, and what we wanted people to remember about us.

And we taste tested. So. Many. Drinks.

There was a ridiculous amount of trial and error behind that first menu. Recipes we thought would be amazing that absolutely were not. 😂 Tiny changes that somehow made a huge difference. Drinks we tested over and over until they finally tasted exactly the way we wanted them to.

We got a lot right.

We also got a lot wrong.

We bought things we didn’t need. Forgot things we definitely did need. Changed our minds approximately 400 times. And learned very quickly that there are some things you simply cannot figure out until you’re actually standing inside a camper with a line of people waiting for drinks.

But little by little, HoneyPop started to feel like HoneyPop.

The camper came together. The menu became ours. We found our rhythm. And eventually we opened that window for the first time and hoped people would show up.

And you did. 💛

Looking back at where we started compared to where we are now is a little surreal.

We definitely didn’t have it all figured out then.

And if we’re being fair…we still don’t.

But we’ve gotten pretty good at figuring it out along the way.

Somehow…HoneyPop is ONE. 🐝

One whole year of drinks, events, late nights, early mornings, new friends, questionable amounts of syrup, and watching this little idea turn into something bigger than we ever expected.

And one post definitely isn’t enough to celebrate all of that.

So we’re making a whole week out of it.

Join us this week as we look back at year one, share some of our favorite moments, ask you to weigh in on a few things…and of course, celebrate BIG on Friday night.

HoneyPop anniversary week starts now! We have so much to celebrate.

🌧️ Well… Mother Nature wins this weekend.

After an absolutely drenching couple of days, we will not be at our event today. We’re definitely ready to dry out. 😂

But next weekend is looking SO good! 🍂🐝 We have a great lineup coming your way, including our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY on Friday! Be sure to tell us you are coming by interacting with our event post!

We’ll share all the details this week — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Weekend plans are finally here! 🐝

We held off on posting our schedule this week while we watched the weather, and unfortunately we’ve already had a few cancellations. 🌧️

Here’s where you can still find us this weekend! With the forecast still a little unpredictable, our schedule is subject to change if the weather shifts.

We’ll post any cancellations or changes here as soon as we have them. Fingers crossed the rain gives us a break!

SPOOKY SEASON IS COMING TO HONEYPOP! 👻

October 3rd officially kicks off Halloween at HoneyPop, and we’re bringing A LOT with us. 🖤

We’ve been working behind the scenes to make this season extra fun, and we cannot wait to show you everything we’ve been cooking up. 🎃

Spooky season starts October 3rd. Come see what’s brewing!

Well… Mother Nature had other plans for us today.

All of our HoneyPop events for today have officially been cancelled because of the rain. We’re definitely bummed — we were looking forward to seeing everyone, serving some drinks, and spending the day doing our favorite thing.

The good news? We’ll be back at it soon, and hopefully with a little more sunshine next time. ☀️

Stay dry, friends. We’ll see you soon!

Weekend lineup! And guys….you don’t want to miss Fall Fest! The specials menu for that day is in the works and it’s GOOD.

Well, this feels worth celebrating. 🐝
