Lean Synergy Solutions is hiring an **Electrical/Mechanical Assembler** for our client’s manufacturing facility in **Rockford, Illinois**.

Put your skills to work assembling large-scale industrial machinery and supporting jet engine-related assemblies, test articles, and test stands. From fitting mechanical components to wiring motors, sensors, and control panels, this role brings mechanical precision and electrical know-how together.

**What’s offered:**
• Full-time, hourly position
• **$18–$32 per hour**
• Travel per diem of **up to $250 per day**, in addition to hourly pay
• Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a **401(k) with company match**

**What you’ll bring:**
• At least **3 years of mechanical assembly experience** in manufacturing or an industrial environment
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Experience with precision measuring tools and large industrial equipment
• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Electrical assembly experience with **240–480V systems**, machine tool industry experience, or trade school certification is a plus.

**Travel to customer sites is required up to 40% of the time**, with overtime, weekends, and second shift as needed.

Lean Synergy Solutions is seeking an experienced Hardware Systems Engineer for a client developing telemetry data systems and mission-critical communications solutions.

This role puts you at the center of the product design cycle—shaping hardware architecture, designing circuits, implementing FPGA solutions, debugging first builds, and supporting testing and production.

If your experience includes **HDL design and debug, high-speed interfaces, and SoC FPGA technology**, this opportunity deserves a closer look.

📍 **Hollywood, Maryland**
💰 **$130,000–$155,000 annually**
💼 **Full-Time / Regular**

Candidates need **7+ years of relevant hardware engineering experience** and a **bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering**, with related technical degrees such as Computer Engineering also considered.

**U.S. citizenship and the ability to qualify for a security clearance are required. Clearance is not required immediately.**
