3D printer + press brake = repeatable perfection 🤌

Printed up some simple jigs to take the guesswork out of the setup. Now we’re hitting clean, consistent 90° bends over and over again.

Another day, another custom Beyond Power Voltra mount… actually, make that three.
These are some of my favorite pieces to make. Building something custom that fits someone’s setup just right never gets old.

REPEATABLE CUTS. 🔧
Back on the CNC plasma cutting square tube — but this time with a custom jig so every cut lands exactly the same.
Pulled the slats from one side of the water table so the jig could sit lower, which also kept the tube partially submerged and cool during the cut. Win-win.

Getting the articulation right on these low row footplates calls for some seriously tight tolerances.

Every variable matters — laser cutting, bending, drilling, tapping, fit-up, and managing distortion during welding. A little movement in one place can throw everything off somewhere else.

But when it all comes together and that articulation moves exactly how you pictured it… 🤌

So damn satisfying.
