A marinated some chicken cubes in homemade sofrito and some Chipotle in adobo sauce overnight and made burritos with lettuce tomato cheese my homemade salsa and some sour cream... The picture doesn't do it justice LOL.

Still testing flavors and sauces before I officially drop it.
