"Give them bread and circuses and they will never revolt." - Juvenal, it describes a government's strategy to pacify a populace and prevent unrest by providing basic necessities (bread) and endless, frivolous entertainment (circuses)
Democrats will keep you fed just enough to keep you serfs and apologizing for your existence.
Republicans will keep you so distracted with circuses, you forget what you were fighting for.
Both will make sure you never wake up and revolt, for their power would surely die.
You're not crazy. You're not powerless. You're not too late.
You just made the mistake of thinking the people running the circus were going to shut it down themselves.
They won't. They never will. The tent stays up as long as you keep buying a ticket.

Texas was on the front line of weaponized mass migration, and that has made Texas less friendly for locals. We need better control over the growth of our population so we can ensure Texas remains for Texans.

Blame each other. Blame the voter. Protect the machine.
I am running Independent because I refuse to be guilted into choosing between two failures. My vote is mine. My conscience is mine. My choice is mine.
If they spent less time pointing fingers and more time earning our trust — perhaps getting work done - maybe they wouldn't keep losing. Democrats want socialism and Republicans would rather sink than break rank.
Both parties have been working as one for years to expand government. The very Constitution that they are both supposed to be protecting is instead chipped away at every session.
