Big ideas need room to grow.

That’s one reason Fortune 500 companies ExxonMobil and Hewlett Packard Enterprise chose City Place for their headquarters campuses.
More than just a business address, City Place brings together workplaces, hotels, residences, dining, healthcare, parks, trails, public art, and year-round programming in a setting designed to support both productivity and quality of life.

As Texas continues to rank among the nation’s top destinations for Fortune 500 companies, we’re proud that City Place has become home to some of the world’s most recognized brands—and a place where companies of all sizes can thrive.

From City Place to the Houston Museum District. 🚗🎨

Last weekend, the two City Place-supported art cars commissioned for the 2026 Houston Art Car Parade made a special appearance during Untitled Art, Houston's VIP Weekend, joining collectors, curators, artists and cultural leaders from around the world as they explored a curated itinerary celebrating Houston's creative community.

Featured along the route were Dazzle by artist Mario Ayala and Green Light by Aryo Toh Djojo. One of the highlights: seeing Dazzle parked outside the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston alongside Ayala's exhibition, Seven Vans, where visitors could experience the artwork that inspired the rolling commission.

A meaningful milestone at City Place 🏗️

Today, we’re proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new, 58,000-square-foot inpatient rehabilitation facility on the CHI St. Luke’s Health campus with resources to provide care to patients recovering from conditions including stroke, neurological disease, and brain and spinal cord injuries.

This moment represents growth, progress, and a continued commitment to bringing world-class care closer to home.
