You see friends, I called it! This was reported yesterday. Be careful and test your water. Filters don’t stop you from getting EColi and Bacteria infections.
Millions of gallons of sewage, stormwater flow into Connecticut River after heavy rain Two days of heavy rain have sent tens of millions of gallons of stormwater and sewage into the Connecticut River, according to Springfield Water and Sewer.

🚨 Friends, I want to circle back to the chemical taste in the water that I noticed last week. I decided to experiment by purchasing not just one brand of bottled water, but several different brands, along with Gatorade, Vitamin Water, ginger ale, and Fairlife chocolate milk. I have noticed that all of these beverages have a distinct chemical smell and taste.
I have already gone to the emergency room because of severe stomach pain. Please be careful, everyone, and pay close attention to how your beverages smell and taste. If something seems off, trust your instincts and consider not consuming it.
So far, no agency in my area has responded to my requests for further testing.
⚠️Awareness Community Post⚠️
Hey friends,
I strongly encourage CT & MA to look into their city & towns water system asap. I visited 3 places today and used the restrooms at these places and this is what I observed.
1. The Wallingford Public Library in Wallingford, CT, 7/11 West Haven, CT, Buffalo Wild Wings Enfield, CT. In each place I noticed the toilets were slow upon flushing and bubbled while leaving bowl. The bathrooms each had a very poor mildew smell. I would strongly encourage not to serve drinking water to your customers or drinking fountain to the kids until this issue is resolved.
I could be wrong although in many of my observations in my other past post have all been right. I wouldn’t wait too long friends. The safety of our communities are important.
Lastly, Ned Lamont has done a terrible job by allowing overgrowth to hide our ponds and lakes from the community. I don’t know the thought process behind that decision, but trying to hide our climate emergency was a terrible move. My friends, this is not something we can hide from. We have to work together, or there will be no planet left to protect—and, quite literally, none of us will be here to live on.
I have also noticed that, in many areas, beyond the overgrown weeds, the ponds themselves look unhealthy and neglected. I can’t imagine what could come next besides potential bacterial outbreaks if these issues continue to be ignored. We cannot keep looking the other way. It’s time to acknowledge what’s happening and take action together.

Hello friends, 🩵
I have made the decision to pause moving forward with my company until Nolan’s story receives the justice, transparency, and truth it deserves.
From the very beginning, something in my heart told me that this case needed to be looked at more deeply. I cannot ignore that feeling, especially when it involves the life of a child.
I am tired of seeing stories involving children of color become nothing more than headlines, hashtags, and moments that people scroll past before moving on. Every child’s life has value, and every family deserves answers.
I stand for equality, diversity, compassion, and good faith. I believe that when something feels wrong, we have a responsibility to come together, seek the truth, share information responsibly, and ask for accountability from those involved.
If we truly want positive change in our communities, then let Nolan’s story be a beacon that reminds us of the power of unity, courage, and standing up for what is right.
I ask you to stand with me—not with anger or division, but with a commitment to truth, justice, and making sure every child’s voice matters.
Together, we can create change.

Fear will never conquer me.
Life will take each of us through valleys we never expected. There will be moments of pain, loss, uncertainty, and challenges that test our faith and our character. But those moments do not have to define us.
To me, this image represents unity through courage. Jesus reminds us of faith. Mother Mary represents compassion and unconditional love. Gandhi symbolizes peace through strength. David reminds us that even the greatest giants can be overcome with courage and trust. Mother Nature reflects the beauty, resilience, and healing that surrounds us, while the universe reminds us that we are part of something far greater than ourselves.
No matter what fire you are walking through today, remember this: you do not have to walk through it alone. Fear may try to stand in your path, but it does not have to determine your future. Choose faith over fear. Choose love over hate. Choose courage over silence. And keep moving forward, one step at a time.
“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me.” — Psalm 23:4
Today, I encourage you to be the light in someone’s darkness. Stand up for what is right, support one another, and never allow fear to silence your voice. Together, we build stronger families, stronger communities, and a stronger world.

Strong communities are built when we care about one another—not just when a problem affects us personally. Real change begins when we choose compassion, speak up, and support each other. If one person is hurting, it impacts us all. Together, we can create safer, stronger, and more connected communities.

Hello friends,
This evening I want to shed light on the Nolan Wells case because his story has deeply touched my heart. My sincere hope and prayer is that his family receives full truth, transparency, and understanding about the events that led to Nolan losing his life.
I also want to speak directly to every young person who was present that holiday weekend. You have a choice and an opportunity to do what is right. You can choose to stand apart from the crowd, tell the truth, and become a voice for justice. You do not have to follow others when something is wrong. The people who choose courage, honesty, and integrity are the ones who become true leaders in their communities.
If anyone has information about what happened, I pray you find the strength to come forward and help bring answers and justice for Nolan and his family.
To our communities, let us not allow this to become just another headline or another story that fades away. Let this moment become a beacon of light that reminds us of the importance of investing in our children, teaching them compassion, accountability, respect, and the difference between right and wrong.
May God be with everyone impacted by this tragedy. My prayers and blessings are with Nolan’s family, friends, and all those affected.
Hello West Hartford Community and Hartford community,
Today marks 1 month since I reported to the police of hearing a young boy screaming for help on the trail of Elizabeth park and Prospect Ave.
As a reminder the police never searched for the boy to see if he was safe nor did the police file a report that they were even there.
Please continue to stay aware and vigilant of your surroundings at all times. If you ever see or hear something that causes you concern, have the courage to report it. Sometimes it’s better to speak up and have it turn out to be nothing than to stay silent and later discover that it was something.
Looking out for one another helps keep our community safer.

Good morning, my beautiful friends! ☀️ Happy Monday!
Let’s begin this week on a positive note. I encourage you to join me in creating a simple daily routine that can help strengthen your mindset and build confidence.
Each morning, write down something you are grateful for. Be thankful that you woke up today and have another opportunity to grow, learn, and make a difference.
Next, write down your daily affirmations and one personal challenge to help you become a better version of yourself.
Here’s an example to help you get started:
✨ Affirmations
• I am enough.
• I am valuable.
• I deserve respect.
• My mistakes do not define me.
• I have a purpose.
💪 Today’s Challenge
Spend five minutes looking in the mirror and saying these positive affirmations out loud. Speak to yourself with kindness, confidence, and love. The way you speak to yourself matters.
Have an amazing Monday, and remember—you are stronger than you think.
