Have you seen what WAVE has coming up? 👀 Be sure to check the events tab for all our amazing events, but I'd like to take a moment to highlight these upcoming community collaborations:
First, check out our WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE: FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS on October 4th. WAVE has partnered with Team Fusion Jiu-Jitsu & MMA to bring you this free event.
Next, we've partnered with Victory Mission to bring you the WAVE Clothing Swap on November 7th. Bring in all your unwanted clothing and leave with as many new-to-you pieces as you brought (up to 15). All leftover clothing will be donated to Victory Mission to help women in need in our community. 🫶🏻
Then, we've partnered with Flex and Flow Pole Studio for TWO Intro. to Pole classes on November 11th. Note that these classes are typically $20 and we're getting a special WAVE rate of only $5!!! 👀 There are two class times to choose from. Spots are limited and do require pre-registration. Music Bingo last night at Bizarre Bar was amazing, as always!

I heard a rumor about WAVE + Sapphic Scene: Music Bingo tomorrow night. Actually, I heard two rumors from DIFFERENT sources... 👀
First, I heard that there will be a few new categories this month, including a NSFW round. 😳🤫
And I heard from someone else that Bizarre Bar is planning to serve up some food!

Jeremy Rabe hugged me today, so I'm feeling extra special. I'm pretty sure that means we're besties now. 😅

WAVE’s 25th event is in the books! 💜🌊
About a dozen of us got together for karaoke last night, and we had such a good time singing, laughing, and cheering each other on. 🎤
And then this happened. 😂🐶
Apparently, every karaoke singer needs a personal congratulatory visit from the world’s most enthusiastic fan.
We’re always up for trying something new, and karaoke was definitely a fun addition to the WAVE lineup!
Huge thank you to Treehouse Lounge for having us out! Thank you Carl D. Hicks for keeping the music going all night (and singing with me!) And thanks to everyone who came out! 🫶🏻

Hi Friends, let's talk about a few things coming up!
First, tomorrow night is Ladies' Kara-toke Meetup at Treehouse Lounge! Sing. Smoke. Chill. $10 cover if you mention WAVE at the door.
SUNDAY, be sure to check out September Sunday Swap with 417 Social! This is like a mini farmer's market for the ladies. Bring 10 of any item to share (homemade, thrifted, a snack, whatever... I'm bringing plushie keychains!) and leave with 10 new little trinkets and treasures for yourself! Details are on their page.
Next week we have WAVE + Sapphic Scene: Music Bingo on Wednesday.
