Customer called and said that her 7 way cord was smoking was smoking, and all started in the battery box which he didn’t realize there was wires in there. Unfortunately, I had to recommend her to a dealer to get that fixed cause the wires went all the way under the front of her fifth wheel

Professional Notice Regarding Fogatti

After careful consideration, I have decided that Beaulieu Mobile RV Repairs LLC will no longer purchase, install, or recommend Fogatti products.

This decision is based solely on my own professional experience working with their products and warranty process.

As an independent RV technician, I expect manufacturers to provide reliable products, timely technical support, fair warranty practices, and respect for both their customers and the technicians servicing their equipment. Unfortunately, my experience with Fogatti has not met those expectations.

Because of this experience, I can no longer confidently recommend Fogatti products to my customers. Going forward, I will be recommending alternative manufacturers that I believe provide better product reliability, technical support, and overall customer service.

This statement reflects my personal experience and professional opinion. I encourage RV owners to research all available options, compare warranty support, and make an informed decision before purchasing any RV appliance.
