Howelling Corgi Dog Rescue

Not in our rescue: Meet Hela:
Hela is 6 years old. Tricolor corgi from a certified breeder out of Indian. We never got her registered because we had no plans to show her but she is a AKC bloodline.
She absolutely loves people and she does amazing with babies and children 4/5 and up but has issues specifically with my 2 yr old invading her personal space and not acknowledging her warnings (low growl, ears pinned back) and has resulted in her biting my son in the face, damage was not severe but I no longer feel comfortable with her being alone in a room in fear of a repeat.
She has a sibling (our Great Dane) and our 3 cats who she has no issues with but has been wary and not fond of other dogs, she doesn't attempt to attack but she will nip/snap at other dogs if they invade her space and she feels threatened.
She is an incredibly smart girl and We have spent countless hours in one on one and group training classes over the years and she know all basic commands, heel,sit, stay, down, go to your bed. She has no problems being in a crate over night (we personally just have a corner wall gated off with her bed inside)and has extremely rare accidents indoors.
She loves playing, going for walks, cuddles and scratches.
It breaks our heart to have to rehome her but it is unfortunately what's best in our situation.

Per the elderly lady who owned Porter - the male family member wasn't treating Porter very well for the last 3-4 months. This person is willing to give her Porter.

Not in our rescue... Meet Indie, short for Indigo (those blue eyes) She is just over 1 year old, very smart, so lovable, loves cuddles once her energy is out and likes being carried around (even in a backpack made for dogs) Indie is very treat motivated during training. She is fun to watch around the house and will impress you & make you laugh with her leaps and bounds. Indie would be amazing to watch if ever trained in an agility course. In the short time I’ve had her, especially coming from a horrible situation, she has learned several commands and tricks. I strongly insist for Indie to be welcomed into a single-pet home. I have outdoor cats and they all get along very well; However, indoor cats may present to be a problem as she can be overly playful and annoying to cats inside. She loves to play ball & lies down peacefully in the backseat during car rides. She knows what “pup cups” are and she will appreciate them while keeping you company while running errands. A fenced in yard would be ideal for safety reasons as her recall is improving; though it’s not perfect and reliable at this point. She is spayed, up-to-date with her shots. She will come with all of her medical records accrued since I’ve had her. She is established with Dr Buck at County Line Veterinary Clinic and he is familiar with her and is really one of the best veterinarians I’ve ever dealt with. If Indie seems to be a fit for you, I will make the transition as seamless as possible, she’ll come with a slow-feed bowl (to prevent bloat as she eats way to fast for her own good) some toys and a bag of dogfood and other miscellaneous things to help get you started.

(She gets along with dogs at the dog park and out in public, but has an issue when we come home, she seems possessive or territorial over our 6 year old other Corgi, Millie being there)

Not in our rescue... Meet this cute little 6m old female, poodle, chihuahua, and dachshund mix. This little girl is going to need a calm easygoing home with either a very calm dog or no other dogs as she gets easily scared. Working on potty training but doing ok. Contact info in comments.

This is Emma a Shepherd Corgi mix. She is about 2.5 years old. She is good with kids and small dogs. She is kennel trained.
Emma has had a rough life I rescued her out of a trunk in Texas with no water or ventilation and it was over 100 degrees. Emma is skittish and it takes her time to warm up to people as it did with me. I moved to Ohio with my senior mom and unfortunately Emma isn’t getting along with my mom’s bigger dog. Emma would make a great companion for the right person who has patience. Emma isn’t fixed but rabies are up to date.

ADOPTED! NOT IN OUR RESCUE...Meet Tyson, he is an AKA registered, 6 year old Pure Bred Pembrooke Welsh Corgi. He loves car rides, pup cups, hanging out in the fenced yard and going to the beach. He loves people when there are no other dogs around. He is the type of Dog who needs to be the only dog in the family. He has a two bite history on a human due to them stepping into a family dog fight. Despite his dislike for the family dogs, he does amazing at doggy daycare and boarding. He comes with all papers and I can supply evaluations from daycare and boarding. All vet records are available as well. Tyson takes daily anxiety medication that helps with being left alone and with daily anxiety. All meds will be provided. He has been a very happy, loving companion for the last 6 years and the thought of re-homing him is heartbreaking, but the best for him according to his current living conditions. Belle Has Been Adopted!

This is Belle, a 2.5 year old pembroke corgi. She is a sweetheart, very cuddly and loves to do whatever the humans are doing. However, she has extreme separation/kennel anxiety and has trouble being left alone for long periods of time. She can be jittery in new places, but once she gets used to a new routine she can stick to it easily. She's caught up on all her shots/medical records, just hasn't been spayed or microchipped.
