Five years ago, I walked into Western Mass News with a dream I had carried since college: to be a reporter. Today, I walked out for the last time. I’ve had the privilege of telling the stories of the people and communities I grew up around, and I’ll always be grateful that my first chapter in this career happened right here in Western Massachusetts. This job helped shape the journalist and person I am today. Most importantly, it gave me the chance to turn the dream I had in college into a reality. Leaving is bittersweet, but I’m excited for what’s next.
Thank you to everyone who trusted me with their stories, welcomed me into their homes, and supported me along the way. Western Mass News will always be a very special part of my story.💓
