A Throwback Thursday:

Earlier this year, our team welcomed the Enfield community in for a closer look at what happens behind the scenes at Buzz Robotics.

Students shared their work, talked about the team, answered questions, and gave visitors a chance to see that competitive robotics is about so much more than the robot itself.

Opening our doors gave students an opportunity to step into the spotlight, share what they’ve learned, and connect with the people who support them right here in our community.

We loved having the community come see what Buzz is all about, and we’re looking forward to doing even more of it this season.

Because building a strong team also means building strong connections beyond the workshop.

Community is part of what we build at Buzz.

Our team had the chance to take part in this year's 4th of July Parade, bringing some Buzz spirit into the community and showing that being part of a robotics team is about more than what happens on competition day.

Students get to build, compete, lead, create, and connect with the people and organizations that make our community strong.

We’re proud to see Buzz students showing up, getting involved, and representing Enfield wherever they go.

That’s the kind of team we want to build.

The next chapter of Buzz is taking shape!

Students came out for our season info meeting to learn what Buzz Robotics is all about, ask questions, and how they fit into this incredible team.

And that’s one of the best things about Buzz: there’s a place for more than just builders and programmers. Business, marketing, fundraising, social media, design, leadership, community outreach, and plenty more are all part of building a successful team.

Now the real work begins.

We’re excited to see who steps up, what they bring to the table, and what this team builds together this season.

The robots aren’t the only thing getting built at Buzz.

Our Business Team got around the table last week to work on fundraisers, community events, outreach, marketing, and plenty of ideas for making this season bigger and better.

Because competitive robotics is about more than what happens on the field. Students are building real-world skills in communication, leadership, teamwork, business, creativity, and community engagement, while taking ownership of the direction of the team.

There are big ideas around this table. Now it’s time to turn them into action.

We’re excited to see what this team builds next.

You don't have to be an engineer to be part of Buzz Robotics.

Students can explore building, programming, CAD, strategy, marketing, outreach and business leadership while gaining experience in research and development, working as part of a team, and competing alongside teams from around the world.

Along the way, students meet other young people who share their interests from across the country and beyond.

No prior robotics experience is necessary. Come learn more about what Buzz has to offer.
