Tear out and remodeling is completed in 2-3 weeks using Schluter membranes to provide truely water-proof tile installations. Recommendation lists are available upon request. AllanWorks is owned and operated by craftsman Alexander DeMaris. DeMaris holds an engineering degree from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, as well as the following certifications: Lead Renovators Certification 2011, OSHA Certified, and Windmill Technician Training 2011. FloFX universal drain was used to make a mortar base on slab. I used Ditra membrane to make sure it lasts a lifetime.

My upcoming slab base project requires an original sand pack base, but the future requires a waterproof top for maximum longevity
