Lets get caught up, last weekends work.
3 freak XL'd, 6 standard freak'd, 1 tip rethread to dye, 3 G6R feednecks, 4 cocker feednecks, 1 half block job, 1 mid block job, and i cut the 2k5 vasa to work with the new wgp vertebrae body.
Not sure how this weekend is looking for work but the line is moving!
I am behind on emails and website quotes. I will try to get them caught up this week.

Rough day on the lathe today, nothing but barrels and the majority have not been "good enough" to bore for many reasons. I got a few more I wanna get through before I call it a day.
I put in the time on every barrel sent to me. Trust me, I would rather charge for getting the barrels cut then essentially giving away that time I spent attempting it for free.
Here's to a better day tomorrow. 🍻

Some stuff that I forgot to post last week. Feednecks, several freaked barrels, modded the bolts for springs, drilled and tapped the trigger for a 4-40 set screw, asp mod, tslot, drilled and tapped the 2 bolts for brass velocity adjusting screws.

Dusted off the rust today The Swamp (S&F Paintball Field) and I dident relize how bad i needed it. Aparently, I havent played since Nov 2025... 😶
I will be back on the machines tomorrow.

A little video from the other day. I was asked to cut these spacers down to a certin length and then break both edges. Took me just over an hour to get them all done.
I am on the lathe today working on the pile of barrels. Tomorrow I am going to The Swamp (S&F Paintball Field) to shake off the rust at the mech wars event. Come join me!

More work from last weekend. Several standard freaked barrels and an XL'd kanar with an extra tip. Second pic is of the scuba adapters that are discontinued. 🫡💪

Some work from this past weekend. Cut the tray down 1/2", fixed the breach threads on the black magic and freaked the barrel, fixed the second detent on the angel body and xl'd the barrel, a few feedneck mods, 3 more freaked barrels, and modded the frame for all boards.
I was flooded with work again last week and so my turnaround times have increased but the line is moving! Gonna put in a full weekend of work this weekend and then next weekend I am off for my family reunion/labor day weekend.
