Beyond Bottleshop

While we’ve stepped away from the storefront, Beyond Bottleshop is still here! You can still check out our website, and now you'll find us bringing elevated mocktails to local restaurants, event spaces, and special gatherings.

Follow Zommelier by Amanda Ortega for event updates and to find out where to enjoy a mocktail with us in person! 🥂

A little introduction to what I’ve been working on behind the scenes. 🖤

Beyond Bottleshop is still here, but it’s growing beyond the bottleshop itself.

Meet ZØMM. I’m excited to bring what I love about great beverages, hospitality, and the zero-proof space together in a new way.

Give Zommelier by Amanda Ortega a follow to see what’s next. 🥂

A new chapter, with the same love for a really good drink. 🥂

You may remember this page as Cork + Board. As my work has grown and evolved, so has what I’m building.

Meet ZØMM.

The name comes from zommelier, or zero-proof sommelier. It lets me keep doing so much of what I loved about the w**e business, but now with high-quality non-alcoholic beverages.

ZØMM is focused on helping bars, restaurants, venues, and other hospitality businesses rethink their zero-proof options. I’ll be working with businesses on their drink programs, offering education and consulting, and helping them create alcohol-free options that deserve a real place on the menu.

Beyond Bottleshop isn’t going anywhere either. You’ll still find me pouring curated non-alcoholic and functional drinks at events and pop-ups throughout Central Ohio and beyond.

I’m incredibly grateful to Reimagine Gifts & More for giving Beyond Bottleshop a home over the past two years and for being part of this chapter.

I’m also glad that some of our favorite products will still have a home there.

For me, this is simply the next step in something I’ve already been building.

Welcome to ZØMM. ✨

Bula! 🌿

If you’ve ever shared a shell of kava, you’ve probably heard this word. “Bula” is a Fijian greeting that means life, good health, and happiness- a toast to connection, community, and all the moments that bring us together.

This month, we’re embracing Bula as our buzzword and celebrating everything it stands for.

Stop by and experience the Bula spirit for yourself. 🌺
