Two cars flipped into a lawn this morning in an accident along S. National in Springfield. It happened near Mercy Hospital. Police say one woman is being treated for minor injuries.

Osage Beach got a nasty little storm this afternoon, and apparently it did some damage. Jamie Warriner was tracking this one during our early evening newscasts. Strong winds took the roof off this garage we’re told, at Lands End Condos. Jamie says some hail came along with it.

Missouri has put privacy standards in place for devices like Flock cameras. Governor Mike Kehoe signed an executive order today putting five new standards on license plate readers:

1) Most plate and vehicle data has to be deleted within 30 days
2) Vendors can’t share or sell the data they gather
3) It can only be used for crime and life-saving purposes
4) Penalizes misuse
5) Prohibits AI face recognition tech to be used with them
