Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group from Agri-Mark for a tour of our Newport Bagging Mill and Derby Warehouse!

It was a great opportunity to show some of our community the behind the scenes, introduce them to members of our team, and share how Poulin Grain works to deliver quality feed and dependable service to farms throughout the Northeast.

📍Waterford Worlds Fair, Maine — Draft Horse Show

This was one of many fairgrounds and equine events in the state of Maine that recognized our late team member, Mark Christman.

Mark is deeply missed by so many, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who has chosen to honor his memory at these events. They meant the world to him, and there was nowhere he’d rather be than spending time with this community.

Thank you for helping keep his memory alive.

Hands-on learning, right where it matters most. 🚜🌾

At Poulin Grain, we believe the best training happens both in the classroom and out in the field. Our team recently participated in trainings at Westminster Farm in Westminster, VT and Remillards in Peru, NY, gaining valuable insight into the day-to-day realities of farm management and feed delivery.

During these trainings, the team focused on key areas including heat abatement, facilities, feed management, and animal behavior. 🐄☀️ By observing these factors in real farm environments, our employees were able to better understand how barn design, environmental conditions, feeding practices, and herd behavior all play a role in animal comfort, performance, and overall farm success.

These on-farm learning opportunities help strengthen our team’s knowledge, improve communication with producers, and support the dependable service our customers expect from Poulin Grain. 🤝
