🔴 There will be NO class July 6th or July 13th!

⚪️ Class will resume July 20th with Trap Cardio Beginner's class. Take this class to learn the moves at a slower pace. Bring a friend & pay $5 each!

🔵 Trap Cardio Classics class July 27th. This class will teach you the go-to routines that you will find in any Trap Cardio class.
