Handmade keychains, made by makers of every age. At our June Father’s Day workshop, families gathered to paint, stamp, and assemble one-of-a-kind gifts, with the event supporting Springfield‘s Watch D.O.G.S. and local dads in the area.
The best part wasn’t the finished keychains. It was watching kids and grownups share a table, trade ideas, and cheer each other on.
Thank you to everyone who came out and made something meaningful. Our next free community event is coming soon, follow along so you don’t miss it.

Grab your kiddos and join us for a casual play date hosted by Mothers Out Moving Mountains And Selves, we’ll be leading the craft activity, there will be a stuff swap and you can pick out a free book from Luci's Mobile Free Library!

Where: Hidden Pond Playground
What to Bring: A picnic lunch for your crew, a blanket to sit on, and any swap items you want to pass along. Snacks or drinks to share are always welcome but totally optional!

Beat the heat with us. Our next Community Maker's night is right around the corner!
This heat wave is no joke, so enjoy a cool, creative escape indoors. Drop in anytime between 5:00 and 7:30pm next Friday, July 10th and make a one-of-a-kind bag from scrap fabric. Perfect for pool days or to hold your summer reads!
No experience needed. No cost. Just bring yourself or your friends!
Every stitch has a second story here. You'll turn fabric scraps that might have been thrown away into something you'll actually use.
And while we craft, we give back. Our community outreach this month supports a local animal shelter. Together we'll upcycle cardboard into scratch posts for the cats waiting at the shelter. Your hands help two causes in one night: less waste, and more purring. 🐾
