Thank you to Shred415 and Emma for hosting this class to benefit ALIVE! Instructor Emma who will be leading our class is a social work graduate student who interned with ALIVE and answered the crisis line to provide resources and support to survivors fleeing domestic violence.

Join us for Shred415’s signature Total Body workout! It targets every major muscle group with an efficient and effective mix of cardio and strength training. You will alternate between treadmill intervals and floor work to keep your body challenged from start to finish. Each class includes modifications for all fitness levels. You can walk, jog, or run on the tread and adjust floor movements to match your ability. This class is for adults of any gender and age. Whether you are new to Shred415 or a long-time Shredder, Total Body will help you build strength, boost endurance, and gain confidence— all while supporting survivors during Domestic Violence Awareness Month!

We are excited to continue our partnership with St. Louis County Children's Service Fund to provide counseling for children who have witnessed domestic violence at home. Thank you for your help to break generational cycles of abuse through ALIVE’s children’s treatment program!

Our office is FULL of healthy, whole foods for our counseling clients to take home with them and for our advocates to bring to families staying in our shelter program! This is all thanks to our newest donation partner Whole Foods Market :) With the price of groceries as high as it is right now, this is a boost we’re so glad to be able to give to our clients.
