The Edison Brothers Building is coming back to life, restored to its place on the St. Louis skyline, and set to welcome a new chapter as a Sheraton once again! We are honored to partner with Midas Hospitality while they engage this piece of St. Louis to Create Change Through Hospitality.

The nearly one-million-square-foot landmark will include 284 guest rooms, feature meeting and event spaces, and host a completely reimagined suite of amenity spaces. Demolition including guest rooms,14th floor swimming pool, and public spaces is nearly complete, with interior buildout closely following and already offering glimpses of what's to come.

With a public art installation second only to the Arch in scale, restoring the iconic mural is central to this project and our community. Full rebuilds of the parapets are underway, the brick exterior and mural will both get a well-deserved second life.
