As I sit in the bath and reflect on parenting and past trauma the wHYEn for the night is Figurative-Metaphor. Figurative Metaphor is a blend of white and red grape varietals revealing the best of both worlds. Figurative Metaphor is a sweet red wine best served cold.

When reflecting what type of wine do you like to sip?

Today there’s no reflection but as I cook chicken, yams, macaroni, and cabbage the wHYEn(wine) for the night is Table white wine.
Table-White wine is a similar sweet white wine best served chilled. Table white wine pairs well with pasta, sweet and sour pork, crab cakes, shrimp, avocado toast, Mozzarella, Fontina, and Monterey Jack.

If you’re thinking of booking me for wHYEn (wine) tasting keep in mind a few things: When choosing your bill date for the sampler, please factor in weekends for shipping. the samplers should ship within 2-4 business days after the bill date, Sat and Sunday do not count, and holidays do not count either. give yourself at minimum a FULL 14 days before the Tasting and I would highly recommend a full 17 days for cushion, esp if you are midwest to east coast.
