So here is what morning looks like. Arrive early. Find parking, then transition. Rack your bike, lay out your gear in order: swim, bike, run. Get body-marked. Do a short warm-up.
Then breathe — you have done the work.

Ever wonder who helps put together all those race packets before packet pickup? A huge shoutout to the amazing crew at the Cave Springs Adult Day Center for helping assemble packets for our upcoming races!
They worked hard, paid close attention to every detail, and were rewarded with race medals for their efforts. Just look at those smiles! 🏅❤️

There is nothing like watching a kid realize they just became a triathlete.
The Innsbrook Kids Triathlon is back Sunday, June 7, 2026 at Innsbrook Resort. USAT-sanctioned. Ages 7 to 15. A friendly pool swim, a scenic bike, a flat run, and a finish-line festival with food, music and games.
They do not need to be fast. They just need to start.
